Mu’tah University – Military Wing held on Monday a ceremony marking the legal oath-taking of graduates from the Faculty of Military Sciences, 34th cohort, in the presence of the Assistant for Administration and Human Resources, the Vice President of Mu’tah University for Military Affairs, and the Mufti of the Armed Forces.The ceremony began with the Royal Anthem, followed by a recitation from the Holy Quran, and a documentary film highlighting the stages of military and academic preparation and training undertaken by the cadets throughout their studies.The Assistant for Administration and Human Resources stated that the oath taken by the graduates represents a legal and moral commitment carrying great responsibility and trust. He noted that the graduates completed a four-year training and qualification program, during which they acquired the necessary military knowledge and skills to join service in various formations and units of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army.He emphasized the importance of full adherence to Armed Forces regulations and instructions, working with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and performing assigned duties with integrity, transparency, and dedication. He also stressed that they should serve as role models for their soldiers in conduct and performance, remaining loyal to the nation and its Hashemite leadership, and safeguarding its progress, security, and stability.For his part, the Mufti of the Armed Forces stated that the military oath is a sacred covenant upheld by both heart and word, embodying the highest values of loyalty and sincerity. He called on the graduates of the 34th cohort to dedicate themselves to the service of the nation and to uphold their responsibilities with honesty and devotion.The graduates took the legal oath at Salah Al-Din Hall in the Military Wing after completing all graduation requirements, qualifying them to join service in various branches, formations, and units of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army.The ceremony was attended by the Director of Officers Affairs, the Commandant of the Faculty of Military Sciences, and a number of university officers.
