Princess Muna College of Nursing Celebrates Graduation of 26th Class

Representing Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al-Hussein, Patron of Nursing and Midwifery in the Eastern Mediterranean Region and President of the Jordanian Nursing Council, the Director General of the Royal Medical Services, Brigadier General Dr. Suheil Al-Hammouri, patronized on Monday the graduation ceremony of the 26th class of cadets from Princess Muna College of Nursing, which is affiliated with the military wing of Mutah University.

The ceremony began with the Royal Anthem, followed by an inspection of the graduating class by the patron of the ceremony as the cadets marched past the dais in both slow and quick time.

In her remarks, the Dean of the College said that students at this distinguished institution are equipped with advanced medical and nursing sciences and healthcare skills that enable them to provide the highest standards of care based on sound scientific knowledge. She noted that this progress is guided by a Royal vision that places the health and quality of life of citizens at the forefront, making Jordan a regional model in healthcare and medical education.

She added that the 26th graduating class represents a valuable addition to the college’s proud legacy, highlighting the graduates’ academic excellence, commitment to discipline, and dedication to carrying forward both the humanitarian mission of nursing and the proud traditions of the Jordan Armed Forces.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the representative of Her Royal Highness Princess Muna presented awards to distinguished graduates. The Mutah University flag was also handed over to third-year students, who pledged to carry it with honor and uphold its legacy.

The ceremony was attended by the President of Mutah University, the Assistant Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Operations and Training, the Vice President of the University for Military Affairs, a number of senior officers of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, and the families of the graduates.
