Quick Reaction Commandos Battalion/61, one of the units of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Quick Reaction Brigade, conducted on Monday a joint exercise with British forces, in the presence of the Brigade Commander and the Deputy Commander of the British Joint Task Force in the Middle East.The exercise was carried out at designated training ranges and included advanced field applications in urban warfare under operational scenarios simulating a variety of combat environments. It also featured live-fire drills using various light and medium weapons, as well as the employment of unmanned aerial systems in reconnaissance, support, and battlefield control missions.The training aimed to enhance combat readiness, strengthen joint planning and execution capabilities, and develop the ability to respond to emergent operational situations in line with the requirements of modern warfare. The exercise also provided an opportunity for the exchange of military and field expertise between the two friendly armed forces.This training forms part of the joint training plans and programs conducted by the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army with the armed forces of brotherly and friendly countries to improve operational efficiency, enhance field readiness, and reinforce military partnerships in accordance with the highest professional standards.
