The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti, visited, on Tuesday, the Command of the 3rd Royal Field Air Defense Group and the Southern Military Region Engineering Battalion, both of the Southern Military District.Major General Al-Hunaiti listened to two briefings given by the commanders of the two units on the progress of operational, training and logistical matters and future plans for development and modernization.During the visit, the mechanisms used in the two units were reviewed to carry out the duties entrusted to them with efficiency, competence and high readiness, in the presence of a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army.At the end of the visit, Major General Al-Hunaiti expressed his admiration for the distinguished level and readiness of the two units' personnel, the high morale, the professionalism and the great efforts they are making in carrying out the duties entrusted to them.On the sidelines of the visit, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff visited Prince Zeid bin Al Hussein Military Hospital in Tafila Governorate, to see the reality of the medical and treatment service provided to the people of the province, stressing the need to provide the best types of health care for patients and reviewers and to upgrade the services provided to them.
