The National Company for Employment and Training has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification after completing all evaluation and auditing requirements in accordance with international standards—an achievement that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and institutional performance development.

This accomplishment crowns the company’s ongoing efforts to adopt an integrated quality system and implement specialized training programs for employees in cooperation with Eucalyptus International Quality Consulting. These efforts contributed to enhancing workforce readiness, strengthening the ability to apply best institutional practices, and elevating the level of operational services—translating the Royal directives aimed at fostering leadership, a culture of excellence, and high-quality performance across national institutions.

The company’s Director General, Brigadier General Ashraf Alimat, affirmed that obtaining this certification represents a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward institutional excellence. He pointed out that the achievement was the result of dedicated efforts and close cooperation among all company units, supported directly by the General Command of JAF.

He added that the certification reflects the company’s commitment to advancing its operational system, providing high-quality training services, continuing to invest in human capital, and reinforcing a culture of professional performance.
