The Assistant for Administration and Human Resources reviews the Self-Critique Seminar of the Directorate of Military Education and Culture

The Assistant for Administration and Human Resources on Wednesday attended the activities of the Self-Critique Seminar No. (2) for the 2025 training year, held at the Armed Forces Hotel, in the presence of the Director of Military Education and Culture.

The Director of Military Education and Culture affirmed that this seminar comes within the framework of continuous review and assessment, as well as updating the capabilities and requirements needed to create an optimal educational environment for university scholarship students, recipients of the Royal Scholarship, and students of military culture schools. He noted that this contributes to preparing individuals armed with knowledge and capable of participating in community development, highlighting the importance of reviewing development phases in areas of organization and teaching methods to keep pace with updates in the educational process and the demands of the modern era.

The seminar included detailed briefings presented by heads of divisions and branches on the progress of administrative, educational, and logistical aspects, and on the standard procedures implemented, leading up to an evaluation phase based on feedback, with the aim of producing practical recommendations and addressing future challenges and obstacles.

The Assistant for Administration and Human Resources praised such seminars and their role in enhancing leaders’ ability at various levels to develop training and educational plans, stressing the importance of the efforts made by the Directorate of Military Education and Culture and its schools.
