In light of ongoing efforts to document the journey of the Great Arab Revolt and to immortalize its symbols and meanings, the Military Media Directorate of JAF, through the Military Documentation Center, has issued a special supplement titled "Pages from the Great Arab Revolt," authored by Dr. Bakr Khazir Al-Majali, on the occasion of the 109th anniversary of the blessed revolution’s launch.

The supplement reviews a series of prominent milestones in the Revolt’s course, highlighting the great sacrifices made by its heroes for Arabism and the causes of the nation. It emphasizes the right of peoples to self-determination and reflects the complete dedication of the free sons of the nation to the values of freedom and justice in confronting oppression.

This publication comes as part of the Directorate’s keenness to showcase shining chapters in the nation’s history and to remind generations of the significant sacrifices made by the leaders of the Great Arab Revolt, which laid the foundation for the doctrine of the Jordanian Arab Army and contributed to achieving its noble goals of unity, freedom, and a better life.

The DMM affirmed that this supplement represents a part of an ongoing series of efforts aimed at reviving Jordan’s great history and strengthening the values and principles carried by the pioneers, especially in light of current intellectual and media challenges. This edition constitutes an important step in reaffirming historical truths and preserving the national memory from attempts at distortion and falsification.
