Under royal directives, a C130 aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force departed today, Wednesday, to evacuate Jordanians from Lebanon in light of the ongoing events there.Jordanian nationals will be transported on the aircraft and returned to their homeland in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates. This operation is part of the Kingdom's efforts to evacuate its citizens and transport them during crises and emergencies, utilizing all available resources and capabilities to ensure their safety and provide all necessary means for their safe return to their homeland.The aircraft sent by the JAF, in coordination with the JHCO, carried food supplies, humanitarian aid, medicines, and medical supplies.The assistance aims to support various sectors in Lebanon and help them overcome the difficult conditions they are facing due to the shortage of these supplies, stemming from a humanitarian and national duty.
